Bedroom 2 with two single beds and plenty of storage. Air Conditioned.
Two double sofa beds [suitable for children] in lounge area.

Main bathroom with large shower, granite basin, wc and bidet.
Main bedroom has en-suite with bath and shower over, double granite basins, wc and bidet.

Kitchen:
Fully fitted units with granite work surfaces. Oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster. Complete set of utensils.

Utility Room:
Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, clothes horse.

Living Rooms:
Luxurious and spacious air-conditioned living and dining area with 6 seat dining table. Fireplace. Two 2 seater sofa beds, Satellite Flatscreen TV, DVD/VHS player, CD/radio/MP3 player.

Other:
Hall with additional storage for clothes and equipment (e.g. golf clubs). Travel Cot and high chair are kept in the apartment and are available at no extra charge. There is also a single soft chair in the hall that converts into a single bed. Property access is via an entrance lobby that is shared with only 7 other apartments. Access to the parking area and ground floor is via the 2 lifts or stairs.

Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service:
Towels (except beach) and linen are provided for 6 guests (please contact us if 8 guests are to stay as additional linen can be arranged).
The apartment is cleaned weekly. Additional maid service is available by arrangement at extra cost.

Notes on accommodation
There is air-conditioning in the lounge and both bedrooms which can be used (reversed) to heat the apartment if the weather is cooler.
